It's a new Thursday, which means a new Thursday Movie Picks-post, thanks to the blogger behind Wandering Through the Shelves. The theme of the week was Non-English TV-series and here are my picks.
Skam; A Norwegian TV-series about teenages that has been a major hit, both in Norway and overseas.
The Heavy Water War; A Norwegian TV-series about the effort of sabotaging for Hitler in terms of producing and shipping Heavy Water from Norway to Nazi-Germany during WW2.
Borgen; A really good political thriller from Denmark.
This is great because you are one of the few who showed actual shows from other countries and they look interesting and intelligent. The last 2 especially intrigue me
SvarSlettThanks for the nice comment. Considering I'm Norwegian, it was in a sense a no-brainer for me picking some Scandinavian TV-shows when the theme was non-English. :-P The two last ones are worth checking out, esp. the Norwegian one about WW2 if one is into such.
