I'm an Organizing Junkie. For some "weird" reason (aka me doing a wee bit of grocery shopping), my freezer is full yet again, which means I need to intensify my freezer destash. Luckily writing a weekly menu plan helps out quite a bit, even though it means eating the same dish several times during one week.
